Visual Components Essential

Visual Components Essential training course will give to attendees the capability to create, setting up, simulate and analyze 3D layout using components from standard eCatalog and custom ones.

Topics includes:

  • eCatalog – discovering the available components catalog.
  • 3D Layout Creation – drag and drop components, connections and parameter configuration. 
  • 3D Displacements – tools for a precise components displacements for a CAD quality layout.
  • Flow Simulation –   use of the Process Modeler to simulate flow, processes and products handled into the layout.
  • Simulation and results collection – creation of 3D outputs (3D PDF, animations files), 2D output (videos and dwg drawings), photorealistic images and video. Creation of  dashboards to collects layout KPIs.
  • Robotics – robot teaching and programming, using of accessories like external axis, positioners and tools. Simulation and validation: cycle time estimation, reachability, collision detection and more.

Visual Components Modeling

Visual Components Modeling complete the training of the attendees with the capability to create own components from scratch or by importing CAD data.

Topics includes:

  • Component creation – CAD import, links definition and geometry manipulation.
  • Component behaviors –  using of properties and behavior’s atoms.
  • Python Script – using of python to model from simple to complex component’s be behavior.
  • Physics – learn basics of Visual Components tools to model component’s dynamic behaviors.
  • Virtual Commissioning – PLC connectivity using available protocols.

Visual Components Advanced improve the training of the attendees with on specific topics

  • VC Environment customization – add-ons and plugins, either wrote in Python of C#
  • Advanced Python.
  • Advanced Physics – cable and physics conveyor modeling.
  • Advanced Virtual Commissioning – Simit and WinMod.
  • User Robot Creation – from CAD import up to inverse kinematics definition.
